Do you offer camera sensor cleaning in-store?

Yes. We offer DSLR and mirrorless sensor cleaning in all of our stores. Turnaround times can vary depending on the store and current demand, so we recommend checking with your local branch before visiting.

Can you print photos in-store?

Yes. All stores have instant photo printing kiosks for prints up to 8×10 inches and A4, as well as options to order specialist prints, canvas and personalised photo gifts. Please contact your nearest branch if you need a specific product.

Do you take passport and ID photos?

Yes. We offer passport and ID photos for UK and international passports, driving licences and visas. Digital and printed formats are available.

Do you buy used cameras or offer part-exchange?

Yes. We buy used cameras, lenses and accessories, and you can put the value towards new equipment with our part-exchange service. We also offer competitive trade-in bonuses during selected promotions.

Do you repair cameras?

Yes. We can arrange repairs for many major camera brands. In some cases, our stores can handle minor issues directly; more complex repairs are sent to authorised service centres. We’ll always advise the most cost-effective route.

Do you stock binoculars and spotting scopes?

Yes. We stock sports optics from leading brands for birdwatching, nature observation and travel. You can try them in-store before buying.

Can I click and collect orders from your stores?

We don't offer click and collect, but you can check store stock online before you visit. If an item isn’t in stock locally, we can transfer it from our warehouse or another branch.

How long has Wilkinson Cameras been established?

We were founded in 1986 and have been helping photographers and filmmakers for around 40 years.
